Terms of Service

Scan & Win (“we,” “us,” “the Platform”), provided by Your Grace Creative Works, is a technology platform that lets businesses (“Business Owners”) create and run promotional raffles for their customers (“Participants”). These Terms are in two parts — one for Business Owners who use the Platform to run raffles, and one for Participants who enter raffles hosted on the Platform. By using Scan & Win, you agree to the part that applies to you.

Part 1 — Terms for Business Owners

  1. Platform role

    Scan & Win provides software tools only: raffle creation, QR code generation, entry collection, winner selection, and related notifications. We do not organize, sponsor, endorse, or take part in any raffle run through the Platform. Each raffle is solely owned and operated by the Business Owner who creates it.

  2. Your responsibility

    As a Business Owner, you are solely responsible for:
    • Confirming that running a raffle, sweepstakes, or promotional draw is legal in your country or territory, and obtaining any license, permit, or registration required by local law before launching a raffle.
    • The accuracy of all raffle information you publish (prizes, eligibility, dates, terms).
    • Selecting, fulfilling, and delivering prizes to winners.
    • Handling all communication, disputes, complaints, or claims from Participants relating to a raffle, its prizes, or its outcome.
    • Complying with applicable consumer protection, data protection, tax, and advertising laws in every jurisdiction where your raffle is offered.

  3. No liability for raffles

    Scan & Win, its owner, and Your Grace Creative Works are not responsible or liable for any raffle you run, including but not limited to its legality, the prizes offered, prize fulfillment, Participant disputes, or any loss, damage, or claim arising from a raffle. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scan & Win and Your Grace Creative Works from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Platform or the raffles you run.

  4. Acceptable use

    You may not use the Platform to:
    • Run any raffle, contest, or promotion that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it's offered.
    • Collect Participant data for any purpose other than running your raffle.
    • Send spam, engage in fraud, or attempt to manipulate raffle results.
    • Misrepresent your business, your prizes, or your raffle terms.
    • Violate the rights of any third party.

  5. Account and subscription

    Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or broken the law.

  6. No warranty

    The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  7. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Part 2 — Terms for Raffle Participants

  1. Who runs this raffle

    Raffles hosted on Scan & Win are created and operated entirely by the individual business (“the Business”) whose name and branding appear on the entry page — not by Scan & Win or Your Grace Creative Works. Scan & Win only provides the technology used to collect entries and select winners.

  2. Entering a raffle

    By submitting the entry form, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number, and any other details requested) is accurate, and you consent to the Business using it to contact you about the raffle, including notifying you if you win.

  3. Prizes and disputes

    All prizes, prize values, eligibility rules, and winner selection are determined and administered by the Business. Any question, complaint, or dispute about a raffle — including prize delivery — should be directed to the Business, not to Scan & Win. Scan & Win is not responsible for a Business's failure to deliver a prize or otherwise honor its raffle terms.

  4. Eligibility

    Eligibility requirements (age, location, or other conditions) are set by the Business and shown on the raffle's entry page. It is your responsibility to confirm you're eligible before entering.

  5. Data use

    Your entry information is shared with the Business running the raffle for the purpose of administering that raffle and contacting you if you win. See the Business's own privacy practices for how they use your data beyond this.

  6. No liability

    Scan & Win and Your Grace Creative Works are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your participation in a raffle, including issues with prizes, communication, or eligibility.
